Solar Reflective Glass
A: Pyrolitic solar reflective glass(hard coat/on line coat).
Pyrolitic solar reflective glass produced by deposit of chemical vapors on the glass surface on a high temperature on the float glass production line. Solary eliminates 80% of the UV rays, has a light transmission of 27% and reflects about 36% of the heat.
Characteristics:
*Can not see through inside from out side in the shine day.
*Effectively controls the solar energy transmission evidently.
*The coating hardened by pryolysis, allows the coated glass to be glazed with the coated surface facing towards the inside or outside of the building.
*It can withstand further processing at higher temperatures such as bending, heat strengthening and tempering without impairment and combination with other glass to process insulating glass, laminated glass.
*Lessen the transmission of ultraviolet.
Quality: Conforming to JC693-1998, the national standard of China.
B: Megnetic solar reflective glass(soft coat/off line coat).
Megnetically solar reflective glass is achieved through coating one or more layers of metal or compound thin film on the float glass by way of vacuum magnetron sputtering off line. The major function of the film is to control the reflection, transmission and absorption of direct solar radiation at desirable ration, and produce the needed reflective colors.
Characteristics:
*Adjustable various colors for your choice.
*Can not see through inside from out side in the shine day.
*Effectively controls the solar energy transmission evidently.
*Excellent sight shielding effect on the indoor objects and structures.
*Ideal visible light transmission ratio and reflection ration.
*Normally it cannot withstand further processing at higher temperatures such as bending, heat strengthening and tempering but there are exceptions, some special treated soft coating glass could be re-processed.
*Rejects about 95% of the transmission of ultraviolet ray, considered harmful to interior colors & furnishings.
*Reflect high amount of heat compared to pyrolitic glass.
